Equine Foot Balance Radiograph T&Cs

  1. These T&Cs apply to the "Foot Balance Radiograph" offer (the "Promotion").  

The Promotion 

  1. The Promotion offers IVC clients the opportunity to purchase a Foot Balance Radiograph and Lameness examination for their horse at their IVC registered vet practice, for a reduced price of £175 (“Offer Price”) during the Promotion Period.  

  1. This Promotion begins on 01/07/2026 2026 at 00.01 and ends on 31/07/2026 at 23.59 (the “Promotion Period”).  

Availability and eligibility 

  1. The Promotion is only available at participating IVC vet practices. Not all IVC vet Practices will participate in the Promotion. Please ask in clinic for details.  

  1. The Promotion and Offer Price is only available to you at the IVC vet practice at which your horse is registered.  

  1. For those who are not currently an IVC client, the Promotion can be redeemed by registering your horse with one of the participating practices and booking your horse’s Foot Balance Radiograph within the Promotion Period.  

  1. The vet will perform a physical examination and discuss horses’ health with you. If for any reason the vet considers, in their discretion, it is not clinically appropriate for this procedure to take place, they will advise you of this and the Promotion will not apply.   

What’s included and not included? 

The Promotion includes one Foot Balance Radiograph and a lameness examination. The lameness examination includes initial assessment, flexion tests, lunging/ridden exercise up to the point of further diagnostic techniques. The foot balance radiographs comply of 2 views for each front foot, with a maximum of 4 in total. Additional images are not included and will incur further charges. 

The Promotion excludes any further examinations, follow up treatment, medication or sedation. 

Additional visit fee will apply if this is not carried out at one of our IVC Practices. 

Redeeming the Promotion and booking appointments 

  1. To qualify for this Promotion, the radiograph appointment must be booked and the procedure must have taken place on or before 31st July 2026. 

  1. Appointments can be made by telephoning the practice directly. 

  1. The Promotion is subject to appointment availability. Practices may extend the deadline to accommodate demand for Promotion appointments or to meet other clinic scheduling demands. No refunds will be provided for missed appointments.  

Other important information 

  1. This Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or staff discounts.  

  1. The Promotion is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.  

  1. Any attempt to sell or transfer the offer will make it void.  

  1. We may withdraw or amend the Promotion and these terms at any time, with reasonable notice, or without notice if required by law or due to circumstances beyond our control.  

  1. We accept no liability for losses resulting from cancellation or withdrawal of the Promotion, provided we comply with these terms.  

  1. If any one or more of these terms are found to be invalid or unenforceable, they will be removed, and the remaining terms will remain in full effect.  

  1. If you live in England or Wales, these terms are governed by English law and you can bring legal proceedings in the English courts. If you live in Scotland, you may choose to bring proceedings in either Scottish or English courts.  

  1. All services are provided in accordance with the IVC Terms of Sale for Veterinary Services available on the participating veterinary practice’s website.  

  1. We will only use your personal information as set out in our Privacy Policy available on the participating veterinary practice’s website.
